Hotel E. La Sevillana occupies a gorgeous house from 1920 that is perfectly situated to explore the beautiful city of Camagüey, since it’s only 100 meters from its main square “Parque Agramonte”, the city’s cathedral, some important galleries, cafés, restaurants, and other hotels.
La Sevillana is in fact across the street from El Marqués, another boutique hotel from the same brand Encanto.
They are both small hotels which have been recently renovated and charmingly decorated, with vintage furniture and, in the case of La Sevillana, a splendid fountain with a flamenco dancer in the center of its inner courtyard.
E La Sevillana blends its old eclectic architecture with modern features such as flat screen TV’s and two Jacuzzis at the terrace. The rooms are situated around the courtyard on the ground floor and some are also on the second floor. There’s one mini-suite featuring its own little backyard, lovely furniture, a king size bed and a nice bathtub in the bathroom.
Breakfast is served in an elegant dining room by the entrance and staff is very courteous, eager to please.
Its well-appointed rooms and bathrooms, the beauty of the building and unbeatable location make of it a perfect lodging for those who prefer smaller hotels with character and beautiful style.
