The culinary proposal at Hacienda El Patrón is a sensory journey to the roots of Cuba, conceived as a 7-course experience that elevates traditional cuisine. Our exclusive A la Carte Menu stands out for utilizing organic ingredients sourced directly from local producers and our very own harvests. Diners can delight in premium options such as fresh lobster with butter, chili, and garlic sauce, juicy pork roasted over marabou charcoal, or the classic traditional chilindrón-style lamb. Each main course is perfectly paired with finely prepared native side dishes, such as plantain fufú, crispy tostones, and the essential Cuban congrí rice.
"Creole Menu" Lunch - Heritage and Tradition:
More than just a meal, this lunch is a true immersion into Cuban hospitality. The dishes are prepared by peasant women who cook with dedication and wisdom passed down from generation to generation, using fresh products right from the land. The menu features light starters like gazpacho or creamy pumpkin soup, followed by succulent tender confit pork chunks, fresh catch of the day grilled to perfection, or charcoal-grilled chicken. To finish, homemade desserts like rice pudding or sweet papaya with ricotta complete a flawless afternoon.

Mornings at the estate become a memorable event surrounded by lush, exotic nature. This authentic brunch experience can be enjoyed in our panoramic restaurant or, for the ultimate level of privacy in Garden Villa 27, served directly in your private pool on exclusive floating wicker trays handwoven by local Cuban artisans. The selection ranges from seasonal fruits, milk, and yogurt produced right on the farm, to homemade breads, croissants, eggs to order (including Benedict), and made-to-order crepes prepared by our chef.
