To one of its ends is the Museum of Colonial Arts , formerly the home of the Governor, with an impressive collection of colonial furniture and other decorative pieces.

Local musicians play Cuban tunes and habaneras in their custom dresses can be found walking around the plaza. It is a perfect spot to begin your journey to the streets of old Havana.
