A Conventions Center of reference throughout Latin America. Founded in 1979 on occasion of the Sixth Summit of Non Aligned Countries held in Havana.

It is the principal center of its kind in the country and specializes in organizing and hosting events and congresses.

It presents 11 air-conditioned halls with up to date equipment, providing simultaneous interpretation and advanced audiovisual media technological support for sessions. It also provides the services of other multi-purpose premises to ensure the well functioning of events.

Right next door stands the hotel Palco, which with its 178 modern rooms makes for an excellent place for accommodations during events.
