The dolphinary opened its doors in august 2011. It is located near Cayo Ensenachos, only a few kilometers away from Santa Maria. It is one of the largest dolphinariums in Latin America. The dolphinarium also counts with a bar, restaurant, a medical center and a photo shop.

To get there on your own, a bus makes rounds by hotels in the area, including all neighbour islands, towns and the delphinarium. The trip is worth taking. Or you can use any of the tours available that include the swim with dophins options. Ask your hotel touring desk for details. The catamaran tour makes a stop at the dolphinarium to swim with the dolphins. This combined tour is really great option.

To protect the dolphins, do not use sunscreen on your legs, do not wear jewelery and do not smoke.
