A restaurant located in Gibara, an idiosyncratic fishermen’s village in northern Holguin that has in recent times grown in stature as a tourist attraction of the province.
The name of the establishment could be a bit misleading in terms of the idea one might get regarding the sort of place it really is, for though it is called the “cave”, the restaurant has nothing to do with a cavern, it’s more like a ranch-styled construction with a thatched roof made of dried palm tree leaves, and walls with bricks in relief that grant its halls a singularity to the visitor’s eyes.
