One of the most recognized gastronomic sites in Varadero. Managed by private initiative, it has two spaces for its guests, one outside under the shade of a leafy and fresh vineyard; and another indoor air-conditioned one for those less tolerant to the heat of the tropics, the latter set with great taste through artistic Cuban photographs. It is distinguished among its peers by offering a menu service and Cuban table; a kind of plate that contains a bit of everything. The quality of its cuisine and the promptness of its service are regularly appreciated by customers. Special recommendation: Shrimp and mushrooms drowned in olive oil and the chicken Caesar salad with nuts.
