The Gallery is located on one side of the Plaza Mayor de Trinidad in an old house, also known as the Ortíz Palace, which belonged to the regidor Rafael Ortiz. It was built between the years 1800 and 1809.
This cultural institution consists of three temporary exhibition rooms, an exhibition of Trinidadian lingerie and handicrafts is exhibited on its upper floor, it also offers guided visits, talks, talks, encounters with artists and personal and group exhibitions.
