It is commonly regarded as one of the best restaurants in the city of Trinidad. This is a family business that revolves mainly around its chef: David Águila, the paterfamilias who spent some time living in France, from where he imported many secrets of the renowned and glamorous French cuisine. It is quite likely that during your visit to the restaurant you will have a talk with the place’s chef himself, who happens to be very amiable and chatty and has made it a tradition to pass by the dining room to check out the success of his endeavours.
