Hotel Neptuno – Tritón is composed of two towers which rise facing the sea in Miramar district.
They are in a very nice area and offer beautiful views over the ocean, but the latter are probably their only good features. Unfortunately the hotel is in appalling condition: moldy walls, leaking bathrooms, worn rooms and non-working elevators are only some of the problems. The hotel hasn’t had proper maintenance in many years and it shows. It is truly a shame, because it could be so much better.
Food and service also leave a lot to be desired. As per location, it is not exactly walking distance from the main attractions but it is convenient if one is on a business trip, being so close to Miramar Trade Center and Havana’s Conference Center.
