The Finca Mayabe or Mayabe Farm, is a typical campesino farm high above the valley of Mayabe and located eight kilometers southeast of town. The farm features several fruit trees and farm animals.

The farm's claim to fame was a beer-loving burro called pancho who consumed over 45000 bottles of beer before passing away. Pancho's young sidekick "Panchito" keeps the tradition alive.
