The hotel Be Live Turquesa, formerly hotel Oasis Turquesa, is located on one of the best stretches of the beach of Varadero and set on a coconut plantation. Be Live Turquesa is a rather smaller resort than others with all areas and services within a short walk distance and only 8 km away from downtown Varadero.
The beach at Be Live Turquesa is simply fantastic, long, wide and with crystal clear waters and white thin sand. There are many activities available which include snorkeling, pedal boats and kayaks.
Being a hotel with some age, it could use some restoring in some of its rooms. You could find, with some bad luck some issues. However, hotel Be Live Turquesa provides clean basic accommodation and , needs to be said, better service for money value than many of its fellow “four star” hotels in Varadero.
Food is reasonable, but as in many hotels in Cuba, views vary and could offer better selections. Hotel offers the buffet “Colina”, the restaurant Playa with a nice atmosphere, Villa Aurelia, its Italian and asian food and a barbecue bar. Bars: there is the snack bar, beach bar and the lobby Mojito bar.
Be Live Turquesa’s entertainment is varied with shows with magicians, dancers, plays and music. You can enjoy some drinks at a table while enjoying the shows. Although this really depends on expectations of guests, the entertainment staff here has many satisfied visitors.
All in all, Hotel Be Live Turquesa offers fair, clean accommodation with a friendly staff, fun entertainment and a great beach! Good money – value and safe and fun for families with children or group of friends.
