The hotel Iberostar Ensenachos (formerly Occidental Royal Hideaway) totals 506 rooms spread throughout three distinct sections: the Park Suites (270 rooms) addressed to families and children, the Spa Suite, aimed to adults from 18 years old on (190 rooms) and the Grand Village Suites, appointed to adults from 14 years old on (46 suites), plus a main building, where the lobby, the reception, restaurants, bars, library and multifunctional rooms are located.
The gorgeous resort, decorated in a very elegant timeless style, is located in Cay Ensenachos, in the north coast of Villa Clara, by the central portion of the isle of Cuba. It is the first and will be the only hotel on this virgin cay; an old aboriginal establishment and refuge of 22 endemic species of the Cuban flora and 39 of Cuba’s fauna. The cay has a horseshoe form with two main incredible beaches: Ensenachos and El Mégano.
Although the smallest cay, it has been granted the best beaches of all, its location behind Cayo Santa María protects it from the beating of heavy waves even when the sea is rough granting this hideaway a calm relaxing beach.
The Grand Village Suites section, to which this page is dedicated for, counts on 23 luxurious villas with 46 suites with one or two bedrooms rooms, living room, terrace with jacuzzi and several exclusive services. It is the finest and more exclusive of the Iberostar Ensenachos hotel, with restricted access to its guests only, which have full privileged access to the rest of the resort.

Location Details:
The hotel is 80 minutes from the international airport Abel Santa Maria of Santa Clara, and 10 minutes from the national airport of Cayo Las Brujas.
It is also accessible through the fabulously scenic 48 km long and 46 bridges causeway that links these cays with the peaceful and picturesque villages of Remedios and Caibarién in the mainland., crossing on its way through pristine waters and leaping from tiny cay to tiny cay, within the Bahía de Buenavista ecosystem (declared by UNESCO as a “Biosphere Reserve”).
