Offering Ultra All Inclusive services, the hotel is located in an enchanting setting overlooking the Varadero sea, in one of its finest areas, harmoniously integrated to its surrounding in beautiful Punta Frances beach.
It is, in one word, a beautiful resort with a great working staff that is always striving to assist you. The all-inclusive service works like a clock and makes it really easy to just enjoy your Cuba vacations. Rooms are clean, spacious and really comfortable.
Food is good in all of the available restaurants. The beach barbecue is great for fresh fish and paella while enjoying the background music of the live Cuban band. Although not air conditioned, which some guests regret, the buffet is very nice with a great variety of food to suit every palate. Breakfasts are really enjoyable. Four other restaurants are available, also excellent, which need reservations, the Japanese is probably the best, and a 24 hour snack bar from the pool might come in handy as well.
The service at this hotel is very good value for money and if you are willing to pay a little more for top class service you should get the Royal rooms and service section. Pool bar staff comes around constantly with fresh drinks and fruit, reservations for restaurants are much easier and at the time you prefer, large bathrooms, Jacuzzis, outdoor showers, terrace with ocean and sea views, location away from the noise, butler, Spa and 24 hour room services are just some of the top class perks you get with the Royal Service.
