Honoring its name, the stylish hotel Terral is a fresh breeze of modernity and comfort in the renowned Malecón promenade, sparkling among the old ruined buildings of this zone of Havana.
This is a design hotel made up in a contemporary vogue, with a minimalist concept which pays special attention to marine motives, comfort and open wise, transparent relaxing spaces.
From the inside, the hotel conveys the feeling of being onboard a cruise, as it is basically a steel structure covered with glass and facing the ocean. It has 14 cute spacious bedrooms, all facing the ocean and with balcony, or a big terrace, in the case of its two Junior Suites.
It is a nice spectacle to see the vessels coming in and out from Havana’s Harbor, right in front of your balcony.
The views are simply unique, since it is located in the belly of a U-shaped Havana’s coastline portion that goes from Vedado district to the entrance of the bay, so one have views of the whole coast section, from the Riviera hotel, on the left, to the Morro Castle on the right.
There are design details and caprices all over, including light boxes on the walls and in the tables of the lobby, and lamps that are ultimately mobile sculptures specially made for the hotel.
The Terral is a well achieved addition to the collection of boutique hotels of the Old Havana.
