After 10 years of exploitation, Sol Melia and Gran Caribe have decided the temporary closing of the Hotel Melia Cayo Guillermo, which will take place from May 3rd until July 31st of the present year.
The closing will be to adequate the resort, and refurbish areas with the goal of making Hotel Cayo Guillermo better equipped towards the future.
Among the goals are improvement of the rooms, the swimming pool and other of structural nature.
A stop sales from May 3rd - July 31st is aleady in place in this website.
