The Hotel Sol Río de Luna y Mares, 4 * All Inclusive, stands beachfront, on the spectacular Playa Esmeralda, on the north coast of the Holguín province.

Playa Esmeralda is one of the most stunning beaches in Cuba and is located within Bahía Naranjo Natural Park, just about an hour by bus from the city of Holguín.

The beauty and tranquility of this beach, of white sands and emerald waters, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and well-kept gardens, is the best reason to choose this hotel, which also offers a wide array of activities both for adults and children. The staff is very friendly and the service is good.

The resort is made up of two sections; Sol Río de Mares and Sol Río de Luna, each one with its pool, restaurants and bars.

The hotel has an entertainment area and a quiet or silent one.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, bright and offer diverse and beautiful views of the blue-green that surrounds the facility. Although it is true that not all of them have been renovated in recent times.

The food offer is quite correct, with theme nights and live music in some restaurants.

However, not so good opinions sometimes arise about the lack of variety in food, as in other hotels in Cuba, or about having to queue at the buffet, specialy during the high season.

All in all, a hotel recommended for families due to its wide variety of recreational activities, but also for couples or groups of friends. Being its most outstanding values ​​the spectacular beach, the friendly staff and the entertaiment.
