The Hotel Melia Habana 5* features nine floors and 397 rooms. It is located in the heart of the commercial and residential area of Miramar, right in front of the Trade Center, near the Palacio de las Convenciones, and in front of Habana's seaboard.
As soon as you enter the hotel, you can breathe a pleasant atmosphere in its immense lobby with tropical plants, ponds and noble woods; beautifully landscaped and well-kept gardens; a huge swimming pool (the biggest and probably the most beautiful in the whole city) surrounded by palm trees, with plenty of sun loungers and two aqua bars… definitely a great place to relax after a day out in the heat of the city.
Another place worth hanging out is the lobby bar, with live music every night, and of course the restaurants, all worth a visit.

The rooms are spacious, attractive, well furnished and offer fantastic views of the gardens or the sea.

Something that should de mentioned is that this hotel is 20-30 minutes by car from the historic center, which would be not so convenient for those who want to be close to all the attractions, but it is great if one prefers to stay in a quieter area, away from the bustle.
The hotel offers, in any case, a free shuttle service to Old Havana, round trip, with various schedules.
