Considered for many as the first choice in Varadero hotels for a family resort, this property stands at the far eastern extreme of the peninsula, atop was once a protected lake – Laguna Mongoncito - on a beautiful stretch of beach.

Facilities are top-notch, with an outstanding children’s area, which is in fact a virtual amusement park. Five hundred and ninety one rooms are housed in twenty bright and fresh two and three story villa complexes, spread amongst neatly landscaped pathways and boardwalks. Oversized rooms are colorful and brightly decorated, with one king or two double beds, and all the expectable amenities of a five stars, and the large bathrooms are sparkling with the newest fixtures. The whole complex is tied together by a series of wooden decks and bridges and concrete walkways passing over ponds and skirting a large lagoon.
